Samantha Dillon is the director and founder of Dillon Legal which opened on the Gold Coast in 2009.
Samantha practices exclusively in the area of Wills and Estate Planning, Deceased Estate administration and Will and Estate Disputes. Samantha has practiced in this area of law for more than 25 years.
Samantha is admitted to practice in Queensland and New South Wales and in the High Court and Federal Court of Australia.
Samantha obtained her law degree at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane and completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at The University of Queensland. Samantha is known to be kind and caring and empathetic. Samantha has been involved in mediating court disputes for over 25 years and strives to obtain the best results for her clients whilst providing an honest appraisal regarding prospects of succeeding with a claim.
Samantha has built a rapport with other professionals on the Gold Coast including lawyers, accountants and financial planners that refer their clients to the firm. Samantha founded GC Women in Law in 2012 to enable Gold Coast women lawyers to meet at social functions and refer work to each other.
Samantha loves spending time with her three children and going to the beach.

Originally from Melbourne, Kim Kyle has been a Gold Coast local for 33 years. A proud high school graduate of Emmanuel College on the Gold Coast, Kim obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree at Griffith University before commencing her Bachelor of Laws with the Queensland University of Technology in 2002.
Whilst working full-time to complete her five-year Articles of Clerkship with ABKJ Lawyers on the Gold Coast, Kim studied part-time with QUT, graduating with honours in 2006. As a result of her extensive clerkship, Kim has well-rounded experience in all areas of the law. Her particular passion, however, is succession law.
Excelling in estate planning, administration and litigation, Kim can provide a high level of service for clients. Married with two young sons, and having suffered personal loss herself, Kim has the ability to empathise with clients who are grieving and provide service with compassion.
Meticulous in nature, Kim has the well-rounded knowledge and ability to understand your circumstances and provide a level of service that is uniquely personal and appreciated by each client.
Dedicated to her family, her work and community service, Kim is a valued member of the Dillon Legal team.

Lani is an Administrative Assistant who joined Dillon Legal in 2023. Currently in her second year of a Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University, Lani is eager to expand her legal knowledge, further her professional growth and gain valuable industry experience while working with our firm.
