Samantha Dillon is the director and founder of Dillon Legal, established on the Gold Coast in 2009. With over 25 years of experience, Samantha is a dedicated practitioner specialising exclusively in Wills and Estate Planning, Deceased Estate Administration, and Will and Estate Disputes.

Admitted to practice in Queensland, New South Wales, the High Court, and the Federal Court of Australia, Samantha brings a wealth of legal expertise and a compassionate approach to her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland.

Recognised for her kindness, empathy, and integrity, Samantha excels in mediating court disputes, leveraging her extensive experience to provide clients with honest appraisals and pursue optimal outcomes. Her dedication extends beyond legal services—she has built strong relationships with other professionals on the Gold Coast, including lawyers, accountants, and financial planners who trust her with their clients’ legal needs.

In 2012, Samantha founded GC Women in Law, a networking group designed to foster connections and collaboration among Gold Coast women lawyers.

Outside of work, Samantha cherishes quality time with her three children and enjoys the natural beauty of the Gold Coast, especially its beaches.
