Dillon Legal was founded in 2009 by Samantha Dillon, a Gold Coast solicitor with over 25 years of experience practising exclusively in Wills and Estates law. From our Robina office, we serve clients across the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and surrounding areas in South East Queensland — providing specialist advice that general-practice firms simply can’t match.
Our team is highly experienced in all aspects of Estate Law, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Deceased Estate Administration, Probate and contested Will disputes. In litigation matters, our priority is always resolution without unnecessary court proceedings — though we are equally experienced in mediation and Supreme Court appearances when required.
